We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, an interest in international development, and the confidence to lead and manage the kitchen staff of the top-rated restaurant in Rwanda. The Head Chef is also responsible for menu development and should have experience with international fusion cuisine. Some French language skills are preferred, six-month minimum commitment.
